Manage Responder Availability Responders can quickly and easily indicate their availability weeks in advance using our intuitive Availability Calendar. Units can easily report on their availability and capability and send notifications to relevant personnel when this drops below a configured threshold.
Manage incident turnout Push requests to responders and receive responses in real-time. The system supports out of Unit requests with configurable approval flows.
Track the location of responders When a responder activates to an incident they can opt-in to be tracked via GPS from their Device. This not only helps command personnel when organising a response but it is also an important safety feature for the duration of the response.
Comprehensive messaging Members can chat using text, photos and video. Responders can create their own chat groups and 'smart' groups are automatically created for incidents as they arrive. Say goodbye to WhatsApp.
Designed by first responders, for first responders Fireant AIM was designed in collaboration with first responders. The software was refined over hundreds of iterations. Our goal was to build a simple tool for responders while empowering management and command personnel with the critical data they need.
